Brand strategy and event marketing are in Gay’s DNA. She brings to ROI many years of understanding and experience in the development and execution of multi-faceted marketing operations; marketing and corporate communications; executive thought leadership development; brand marketing, media and analyst relations, digital marketing, and social media, and events across the B2B, B2G, IT, software, security, and professional services sectors. 

Prior to joining ROI, Gay was the Chief Marketing Officer for CINC Systems, where she leveraged her deep experience in creating multi-faced marketing programs. Previously, she served as Vice President of Marcom, Digital & Demand for Tangoe overseeing content marketing, thought leadership and demand generation. As Senior Director of Marketing Communications for The CoStar Group she was responsible for the marketing shared services for Apartments.com, CoStar, and LoopNet. Through her experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, Gay developed her strategic communications abilities in communications and leadership, taking the firm to new heights as they positioned their programs in cybersecurity across government and commercial markets.

Through all of this, Gay has kept up her “side-hustle” as a Cycle Instructor.

She received her BA in Business management and Economics, with a minor in International Business a Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA.
