ROI PROMOTES TWO TO VICE PRESIDENT, ADDS SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

David Nellis and Elliot Dalberg, principals of Return On Investment (ROI), a full-service marketing communications agency headquartered in Annandale, VA., have announced that:

> Cathy Broadwell has been promoted from Senior Art Director to Vice President, Associate Creative Director. With ROI since 1999, Ms. Broadwell has a 15-year career in communications arts and is a graduate of Drexel University in Pennsylvania. She currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.

> Pat Jones has been promoted to Vice President, Interactive Marketing for bullz-i, an online direct marketing service of ROI providing the full range of web and email services to public and private sector clients. ROI's Director of Interactive marketing since bullz-i's founding in 2001, Ms. Jones is a 28-year, media industry veteran with broad experience in media planning and buying, radio station promotions and media production. She currently resides in Vienna, Virginia.

> Bethany Blake has joined ROI as a Senior Graphic Designer. A 1993 graduate of Miami University (Oxford, Ohio), Ms. Blake was most recently a senior graphic designer with Booz Allen Hamilton and has created a range of advertising and marketing media for clients such as the U.S. Army, GSA and FEMA. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
